Please be advised that Mr. Leo J. Coppens was the only Quincy Retirement System member to return completed nomination papers for the elected member seat on the Quincy Retirement Board. There, Mr. Coppens is declared the winner. Mr. Coppens has been serving on the Board and will service another three year term commencing on December 17, 2019 until December 16, 2022.
